Some of his biggest television credits include the 2 most recent Academy Awards, the 7 most recent Grammys, ACMs, AMA’s, American Idol, The Beatles Grammy Special, Billboards, CMAs, Dancing with The Stars, Disneyland 60, Emmys, Greatest Hits, iHeart Radio Music Awards, RDMA’s, Sinatra 100 Grammy Special, The Voice, Xfactor and XQ Super School Live. 

Raj has directed and produced Vegas residencies for the Backstreet Boys, Mariah Carey, John Fogerty and Shania Twain. He has mounted numerous large-scale tours for Jason Aldean, American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, Jewel, Jonas Brothers, Juanes, Demi Lovato, Tim McGraw & Faith Hill, OneRepublic, Rascal Flatts, So You Think You Can Dance, Shania Twain and Carrie Underwood. Corporate clients include Disney, Gallo, GM, Skechers, Tesla, UAE and the United Nations.

Raj’s creative approach is to completely immerse himself in developing a unique visual experience of artistic design and spectacle that best represents the emotion and individuality of the client, balanced with aesthetics, logistics and overall budget.

Rita Maye Bland helps bring creative visions to life. She has worked in the entertainment industry for 25 years. She holds a degree from the highly acclaimed CalArts, and has a background as a professional dancer & actress. Television credits include Associate Producer for XQ Super School Live!, Disneyland 60th Anniversary Special, Shania Twain STO TV Special & DVD, RDMAs, Assoc. Creative Consultant for The Voice and XFactor. Other credits include: Assistant to Raj Kapoor on Oscars, Grammys, Emmys, CMAs, AMAs, Billboards, ACMs, CMTs, and Latin Grammys. She was Associate Producer/Assistant Director for JLO-Dubai World Cup, and has mounted tours with Raj Kapoor for Tim McGraw & Faith Hill, OneRepublic, Jason Aldean, Shania Twain, Carrie Underwood, Rascal Flatts, Jonas Brothers, American Idol, Dancing With The Stars, So You Think You Can Dance, Juanes, Jewel, and Vegas Residencies for Backstreet Boys, Mariah Carey, John Fogerty and Shania Twain.  She also assisted Director Jamie King on Tours for Christine Aguilera, Celine Dion & Ricky Martin.

Rita also heads a busy casting company, Rita Maye Casting. Credits include commercials for Skechers, ABC Mouse, Rockport Shoes and The Client List. Casting for tours include Britney Spears, Rihanna, Spice Girls, Paul McCartney, Shania Twain and 5 Madonna tours.  Casting for television includes Hairspray the Movie, Grace Pilot-ABC, and the Oscars. Rita is anything and everything... but bland.  

MArk D. Allen

Mark D Allen began his career experimenting with homemade visual effects for his self-produced short films.  The unique vision of these videos were discovered and distributed by Apple and were then featured at SIGGRAPH, the premiere conference on computer graphics.  This exposure led him into a career of producing and directing visual effects heavy productions for feature films, television, commercials, and music videos. Since 2002, Mark D Allen has been working with Raj Kapoor Productions creating industry leading visuals for prestigious tours, spectacular live events and some of the biggest television specials in the world.
